How to Reschedule NBI Appointment

NBI Appointment is a crucial part of the NBI Clearance Application Process. You can not get your NBI Clearance without attending an appointment at one of the NBI clearance centers.

You must visit the NBI Clearance Center (NBI Office) to register your biometrics, signature, live photo and verify your documents. Thereafter, the service employee will print your NBI Clearance Certificate and hand it over to you.

Can I reschedule my NBI Appointment?

What to Do After I Missed NBI Appointment

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Authorities understand that an applicant can miss the NBI Appointment due to unavoidable circumstances. Therefore, the NBI provides a 15-day grace period after the appointment day.

After missing the NBI Appointment, you can walk-in to the NBI branch within the next 15 days. The NBI allows you to complete your NBI Clearance Application by visiting the NBI branch within 15 days of missing your appointment.

If you do not take any action in 15 days after missing your NBI Appointment, the NBI will cancel your NBI Clearance Application and you will not get your fee refunded.

Yes, you can walk-in to NBI Office after missing your NBI Appointment in the next 15 days. You must visit the NBI Office during its working hours. Some NBI branches are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while others are open from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Can I Walk-in to NBI Office without an Appointment?

There are two answers for this question, each answer depends upon your action before you walk-in to the NBI Office.
