#2. Don’t Have a Valid NBI Clearance: The applicants who have an NBI Clearance issued before 2014, are not eligible to renew their NBI Clearance. The NBI considers them as new applicants and they have to apply for a New NBI Clearance with a fresh application online at NBI website.

#3. Don’t Have Any NBI Clearance: The applicants who do not have an NBI Clearance, are not eligible to renew NBI Clearance. They are new applicants, they can apply for NBI Clearance Online with a fresh application and follow required steps to get a New NBI Clearance.

#4. Want to Update/Correct Personal Details: The applicants have an NBI Clearance issued in 2014 or later but they want to update/correct their name or birth date or birth place or gender or civil status, are not eligible to renew their NBI Clearance. Such applicants should apply for NBI Clearance as new applicants and go through the entire process to get their clearance.

• Two Valid Government IDs
• Registered Mobile Number
• Your First Name, Middle Name and Last Name
• Your Birth Date
• Your Mother’s Full Name & Birth Place OR Your Father’s Full Name & Birth Place [for verification purposes]
• Your Residential Address & Location [for Door-to-Door Delivery of NBI Clearance]

How to Apply for NBI Clearance Renewal Online

When you have above information handy, you can apply for NBI Clearance Online Renewal at NBI website. Kindly follow the steps given below to renew your NBI Clearance easily.

1. Go to NBI Clearance website @clearance.nbi.gov.ph.
2. Click on NBI Clearance Online Renewal.
3. Provide your Old NBI ID Number, Mobile Number, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name and Birth Date. Then click on Verify.
4. Select verification option as Mother’s Information. Provide your Mother’s Full Name and Birth Place, then click on Verify.
5. Select your nearest NBI Branch and choose the fee payment method.
6. Save the NBI Reference Number.
7. Choose Pick-up OR choose Door-to-Door Delivery and enter your full residential address plus location.
8. Pay the NBI Clearance Renewal Fee and save the payment receipt.
9. If you selected Pick-up, visit your selected NBI Branch to collect your NBI Clearance.
10. If you selected Door-to-Door Delivery, you will receive it at your doorstep in 3 to 5 days.

NBI Clearance Renewal Fee

The NBI Clearance Renewal Fee is payable online during the online renewal process at the NBI website. The NBI Renewal Fee is higher if you select the Door-to-Door Delivery option. Here are the details.
